Consulting Experience
I am a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Counselling.Work, providing comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Alongside my private practice, I am currently providing psychological services at two clinics, working with clients experiencing OCD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, exam anxiety, personality disorders, parenting issues,  hyperactivity and adolescent mental health concerns.I am also a Virtual Reality Trainer at international platforms.
I have collaborated closely with two international experienced psychiatrists, as a psychologist and mental health professional, supporting multidisciplinary treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
My professional journey includes extensive experience in educational settings as a Behavioral Psychologist and School Psychologist, where I provided social-emotional support, stress management, anxiety counseling, and anger management interventions for students. I have also served as a Mental Health Instructor, teaching Personal, Social, Physical, and Health Education (PSPHE), integrating emotional wellbeing into academic environments.
In addition to clinical practice, I have worked as a Visiting Lecturer for undergraduate programs, including the University of London programme at LGS International University, and NCBA&E , delivering psychology-related courses to bachelor and BBA students.
My work reflects a strong commitment to clinical excellence, child and adolescent mental health, academic contribution, and collaborative psychiatric care.
Consulting Method
My consulting approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and solution-focused. I begin with a comprehensive psychological assessment to understand the individual's emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns. This allows me to develop a personalized intervention plan tailored to the client's specific needs.
For children and adolescents, I use play-based techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and emotional regulation tools, while actively involving parents in the therapeutic process. Parent guidance and psychoeducation are key components to ensure consistent support beyond sessions.
For adults, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), stress management techniques, mindfulness-based strategies, and structured problem-solving approaches to address concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, personality patterns, and life stressors.
In collaborative cases involving psychiatric care, I work within a multidisciplinary framework, ensuring coordinated treatment planning and progress monitoring.
My goal is not only symptom reduction but also long-term resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable coping skills.
