Consultant Registration Guide

Join My Tutor Quest as a consultant and share your professional expertise with a wider audience.
Begin by creating your account using simple registration details.
Build a strong, professional profile highlighting your skills, experience, and areas of specialization.
Choose your consulting categories, such as teacher training, student well-being, or career guidance.

Important: Please save and update each section before moving to the next one. If you do not save your details, your data may be lost.

Step 1: Create Your Consultant Account

Start by registering yourself as a consultant on the platform.

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Username
  • Phone number
  • Valid email address
  • Password
  • Select Consultant
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Click Join Now

Step 2: Complete the Personal Detail Page

Check pre-filled details such as name, phone number, and email.

  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Address
  • ZIP code

Add bank details:

  • Account holder name
  • IBAN number
  • Sort code
  • Bank name

Click Save and Update after completing.

Step 3: Add Additional Details

  • About You
  • Experience
  • Consulting Method

Select your role from the dropdown and choose your languages.

Step 4: Add Your Qualifications

Important: The first two qualifications are mandatory.

  • Upload degree image

You can add up to four qualifications. Save after completion.

Step 5: Select the Type of Consultancy

  • University Application
  • Teacher Training Support
  • Student Wellbeing

Configure your service:

  • Select currency
  • Create packages
  • Define sessions and pricing

Step 6: Set Your Availability Calendar

  • Click Add Slot
  • Select Available
  • Choose day and time
  • Click Done

Step 7: Upload Your Profile Picture

  • Use a clear professional image
  • Format: JPG or PNG
  • Use your real photo

Step 8: Complete the Photo ID Check

  • Passport image
  • Work permit if required

Ensure all documents are clear and valid.

Step 9: Complete Identity and Background Checks

  • Select your country
  • Enter full name
  • Enter ID number
  • Upload document

Step 10: Add Your References

Provide two referees.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Organisation
  • Relationship

Step 11: Submit for Admin Approval

  • Agree to Terms and Conditions
  • Click Submit

After submission:

  • Admin reviews your profile
  • You may be contacted
  • You may receive change requests
  • You will receive approval email if accepted

My Students

View and manage students who contact you.

Account Status

  • Active: visible to students
  • Inactive: hidden from students

Edit Profile Request

  • Select section
  • Write reason
  • Send request

Admin will review and unlock if approved.

Login Details

  • Enter current password
  • Enter new password
  • Confirm password

Password rules:

  • Must be different from current password
  • Must match confirmation

You will be logged out after updating.

Responding to a Student Enquiry

  • Open chat
  • Click Make Decision
  • Select Accept

Student can proceed to payment after acceptance.

Managing Reviews

  • Approve review
  • Dismiss review

Final Reminder

Complete all sections carefully, upload required documents, and always save your progress. A complete profile improves approval chances and builds trust with students.
