A brief introduction
Teaching is my passion. I bring over 15 years of experience teaching Economics and Mathematics at university level, along with professional consultancy work for the World Bank, where I helped address complex economic and quantitative challenges.
For over 10 consecutive years, I earned 5-star lecturer ratings and consistently received outstanding student evaluations. Most recently, I taught a cohort of 100+ students — all of whom achieved A or A grades* in their exams.
I am currently taking a break from university teaching to focus on high-quality home tutoring, allowing me to provide personalised, results-driven support to every student. With limited spaces available, this is a rare opportunity to learn from a highly experienced, dedicated, and proven educator.

Teaching Method
• I assess every student individually and adapt my teaching style to suit their unique learning needs, pace, and goals. This ensures that each child receives truly personalised support.
• I am a friendly, patient, and approachable tutor, and my students genuinely enjoy learning with me. I simplify even the most complex Economics and Mathematics concepts using clear explanations, relatable real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance.
• My teaching method is structured yet flexible, designed to build deep understanding and exam confidence:
1. Concept Clarity – I begin by explaining each topic in simple, clear language to ensure strong foundational understanding.
2. Guided Practice – We then review the textbook together, working through examples and exercises to reinforce learning.
3. Exam Excellence – Finally, I support students through past papers and mock exams so they become confident, well-prepared, and fully exam-ready.
